The Anti-Experts are James Schloeffel (from The Shovel) and Charles Firth (from The Chaser). They are the brains behind two of Australia’s most popular satirical websites.

In 2016 they put aside their competitive differences to perform together in a one-off show in Sydney. Something clicked. Since then they’ve become two of Australia’s most accomplished satirical comedians, writing and performing sold-out shows across the country with their unique brand of biting satire and political comedy. 

In 2020 they co-wrote and performed in the hugely successful ‘War on 2020’ video series, including the global viral hit ‘QAnon Anonymous’, as well as Margaret and David’s iconic review of the year. Unfortunately they’ll be most remembered as the two idiot men in the Contact Tracies sketch.

James and Charles have performed to sold out audiences in 2020’s ‘The Anti-Expert’s Guide To Everything’, 2021’s ‘The Anti Expert’s Guide To The Pandemic’ and 2022’s ‘Spin’.

In 2023 they return with a national tour to provide a very special university-style course in late-stage capitalism.
